I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in private practice here in Victoria. I have been counselling men and women grappling with a wide range of issues since 1994. My areas of expertise include: chronic pain, chronic physical illness, family caregiving, and PTSD. I also am a trained EMDR clinician (since 1988).

Over the years, in addition to my private practice, I have provided counselling services for employees and their families of the federal government (Health Canada), provincial government (Brown-Crawshaw), VIHA (Raven), and Department of National Defence.

I enjoy giving psycho-educational seminars for the public. Many are sponsored by non-profit agencies. These include: Arthritis Society, British Columbia Schizophrenia Society, Crohn's and Colitis Society, Dystonia Support Group, Epilepsy and Parkinson's Society, Family Caregivers' Network Society, Fibromyalgia Support Network, Medical Office Assistants' Association, Myasthenia Gravis Support Group, Neuropathy Support Group, REES Network, Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada (Capital Region Chapter Office), and CUPE Staff Development Workshops.
